What source can I import from?

You can import from Excel (both XLS and XLSX are supported), CSV and from Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases. We will be adding support for MySQL very soon.

Users show as firstname lastname in AD Users and Computers, how can I change it to lastname firstname?

To import users using first name and last name or vice versa you can add a column to your CSV/Excel file called cn and set the value to %firstname% %lastname%. Below is an example.

Other wildcards you can use in your import file are:

%username% (reads the value found in the sAMAccountName column)
%firstname% (reads the value found in the givenName column)
%lastname% (reads the value found in the sn column)
%givenName% (reads the value found in the givenName column)
%sn% (reads the value found in the sn column)
%sAMAccountName% (reads the value found in the sAMAccountName column)
%userPrincipalName% (reads the value found in the userPrincipalName column)
%initials% (reads the value found in the initials column)
%email% (reads the value found in the mail column)
%firstNamefirst% (reads the first letter of the value found in the givenName column)
%firstNamelast% (reads the last letter of the value found in the givenName column)

How do I delete users from Active Directory?

To delete users from Active Directory using AD Bulk Users add a column to your CSV/Excel/table named Delete along with the sAMAccountName (logon name) of each user, set the value in the Delete column to TRUE for each user to be deleted. If FALSE is found in the Delete column the user is ignored and not deleted.

How will I receive the software and licence?

After payment you will be redirected to a page where you can download the software and license, if you aren’t redirected please email support and we’ll forward you a download link.

Will I receive free updates and support (if I need it) after I purchase?

All updates and supprt are included for free for the first year. After year 1 you can purchase additional maintenance so you continue to receive support and updates.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
