1. Can I export Terminal Services Settings?
You will be able to in the next release but currently no.
2. What permissions are required to export from Active Directory?
Standard User permissions are all that is required to export from AD.
3. When viewing exported CSV files in notepad or Excel I see question marks where accented characters should be, what's the problem?
The file has been saved using ANSI encoding, try changing the encoding to Unicode via the Encoding menu.
