All licenses are perpetual (you own it) and include support and maintenance (all updates major and minor) for the first year. Support and maintenance in subsequent years may be purchased at around 20% of the license price. There is no restriction on the number of objects (users, contacts etc) that can be managed, the software can be used for any number of domains within a single forest.
The Single Administrator License is registered to one specific user, and is not intended for multiple users. A single user license may not be shared by different users. A single user license may be installed on one desktop or server as long as usage is only by the registered user. The software can only be used within your organization.
The 3 Administrators License allows 3 registered administrators (the users) to install the software on 3 desktops or servers as long as usage is only by one of the 3 registered users. The software can only be used within your organization.
The Site License allows an unlimited number of users and installations at a single building location. If you have more than 3 administrators and only one building then you will benefit from a Site License. The software can be installed on one or more desktops or servers and can be used by anyone within the organization. A site license is for on-site use at one building location and the software can only be used within your organization.
The Enterprise License allows an unlimited number of users and installations across multiple buildings and sites within your organization. If your organizations network spans multiple locations then the Enterprise license is required. The software can be installed on one or more desktops or servers and can be used by anyone within your organization. The software can only be used within your organization.
The consultant licence is designed specifically for consultants who carry out work on behalf of their customers. This licence allows one named consultant to use the software to make changes to their customers network, the software is not to be left with the customer. If required the customer should purchase their own licence if they wish to continue to use the software.
